GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OF THE GIFT BOX PURCHASED IN PHYSICAL STORES

 

The following General Conditions govern the sale and use of the Gift Box purchased at physical sales points.

What is the Gift Box

The Gift Box is a package containing a leaflet (descriptive brochure) and a wooden card (“Card”) showing a unique identification code. This code can be used—personally or as a gift to a third party—to access the purchased services (“Experience”). Each type of Gift Box corresponds to an Experience and entitles the holder to certain services described in the brochure included in the box. Anything not explicitly indicated in the leaflet (descriptive brochure) is not included in the package of the gift box.

Purchase of the Gift Box

The Gift Box can be purchased at sales points and will be delivered directly to the purchaser.

Use of the Gift Box

The Gift Box can only be used at the facility indicated in the leaflet (“How to Book” section).

The Experience and services described in the leaflet are not modifiable.

The Gift Box must be used in a single solution; it cannot be combined with other offers, is non-refundable, and is not convertible into cash.

The provision of services connected to the Experience is subject to mandatory booking and, therefore, to the availability of the facility indicated in the leaflet. The Experience can be booked from Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays, based on availability. Changes are possible up to 2 days before the booking date.

The unique identification code on the wooden card (“Card”) does not require activation and is immediately usable by the holder to book the Experience following the instructions in the leaflet, where contact details for information and bookings are provided.

When booking, the holder of the wooden card must provide the unique identification code shown on the Card.

At the time of service use at the facility indicated in the leaflet, it is necessary to hand over the wooden card (contained within the Gift Box), which will be collected by the operator.

Important Notes

The wooden card contained in the Gift Box is a bearer instrument. If it is misused, lost, stolen, or damaged, making it unusable, it cannot be blocked, replaced, or refunded.

The seller is not responsible for any improper or fraudulent use of the Card.

The risk of loss and ownership of the Card passes to the purchaser at the time of purchase and simultaneous delivery of the Gift Box.

Any Gift Boxes obtained fraudulently or illegally will be void and ineffective and cannot be used for booking the Experience.

Validity Period

The Gift Box is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date indicated on the back of the leaflet (descriptive brochure) inside the package.

The unique identification code on the wooden card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and does not require activation.

After this period, the Card expires and can no longer be used to book the Experience associated with the Gift Box, nor can it be converted into cash.

Any communication or complaint regarding the purchase and use of the Gift Box may be sent to the email address indicated in the descriptive brochure.
